How long does this service take?
It all comes down to the size and condition of the vehicle. Generally speaking, it can take between 1 to 2 hours. We recommend that you replace your cabin air filter to be as thorough as possible with the odor removal service.
Do you remove seats?
In most cases it's not even necessary, but we are not willing to be liable for removing and re-installing seats as we could make a mistake and it could end very badly. With that being said we do everything we can to get in every crevice possible while cleaning the vehicle.
What tools and products do you use?
As you can imagine, we have plenty of tools, products, and machines to get the job done. We have extractors, polishers, steamers, brushes etc... Some of the brands we use are Griots Garage, Chemical Guys, Meguiar's, and more.
Can you remove every stain?
Due to the nature of stains and the material it's embedded in, some come off better than others. We have extensive knowledge, experience, and use premium tools, products, and machines, but sometimes even with all of that, if the stain has been there long enough, it can only be cleaned so much.
