Our Engine Cleaning Process

1

First, we want to inspect the engine bay and make sure there is nothing we don't want to get wet during the cleaning.

4

Now its time to dry the entire engine bay with a blower.

2

Cover sensitive areas like an exposed battery or intake. Things that are not meant to get soaked with water.

5

Lastly, we will touch up anything we missed and dress all of the plastics giving that pop we all desire.

3

Spray everything in the engine bay and agitate with detailing brushes.

Notice: The engine cleaning service is required to be an add-on service with another main interior or exterior detail.

A lot of our customers are worried about cleaning their engine bay themselves as they think they might cause some type of damage. And just like anything else, without the proper tools, knowledge, and skills, you could cause some damage.

Engine Cleaning FAQ

Do you come to me?

Yes, we are mobile-based. We come with a van fully equipped to provide our service anywhere! We service the greater Columbus area and surrounding cities like Grove City, Hilliard, Westerville, Galena, Dublin, Gahanna, Worthington, New Albany, etc.

How long does this service take?

It all comes down to the condition of the engine bay. Generally speaking, it can take between 30 minutes to an hour.

Are you going to use water on my engine bay?

Yes, a minimal amount of water will be used on the engine bay to clean off chemicals, but we're not going to flood the engine. We're careful to cover up necessary areas, we hold the wand at a safe distance, and the primary focus is to rinse off the dirt and that's it.

There's an oil leak/spill. Can you clean it up?

If your engine bay is covered in oil/grease, we will not be able to service it. There is only so much we are able to get under or thoroughly into the engine bay where a lot of the mess is collected.
